We would like to inform you that due to the current economic developments, we are forced to charge a freight cost surcharge
on items we purchase from Asia.

The blockade of the Suez Canal has caused massive delays and additional costs in global trade. These unexpected events have further exacerbated the already tense situation in the logistics sector. Container transport prices have skyrocketed, forcing us to adjust our calculations.

To continue providing the quality and service you are accustomed to, we must, until further notice, impose a freight cost surcharge
of 5% on items from Asia. This adjustment will take effect from September 1, 2024 and does not affect items from our own production or that we have manufactured in Europe. Once the situation improves and prices decrease, we will withdraw the freight cost surcharge.

We assure you that this decision was not made lightly. Your understanding and support are very important to us during this challenging time. Should you have any questions or concerns, we are of course at your disposal. We thank you in advance for your understanding and continuous cooperation.
